Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Booking appointments, tasks, and reminders is a breeze, thanks to Google Calendar. Other members of the company can see this information as well. Because many businesses rely on Google Calendar, adding new work to my calendar is a cinch. We can't live without Google Calendar, and it makes our life a lot easier. We arrange estimates every day, so having all of the information we need in one place is critical. You may easily add information like reminders, locations, and more.
  • Connectivity to other programs and systems.
  • It's simple to coordinate and communicate with your team.
  • Compatibility with other software.
  • Using the iOS app, it's tough to upload photos or other data.
  • Editing The iOS app does not have special features such as bold.
  • Customization options and more themes.
For a reminder app, it's perfect. It's what we utilize to schedule appointments with our customers. It's a way for us to share information about an event with our employees. Appointments may be added quickly and easily. Reminders sent to us via apps and websites are accurate and exactly what we expected them to be. I don't like how cumbersome it is to add files using the iOS app.

I use Google Calendar to book appointments, jobs, and reminders. This is viewed by other users in the organization. I love how Google Calendar is used by many other companies so it is easy for us or them to add jobs to my calendar automatically. Google Calendar helps us in our daily lives. We schedule estimates every single day so it is important for us to have the necessary information in one single platform. The ease of adding information such as reminders, locations and etc is quite easy.
  • Integration with other applications.
  • Easy views and use.
  • Add-ons are great!
  • It is difficult to add images or files via the app IOS.
  • Editing Special characteristics such as bold is not available within the IOS app:
  • More themes and customization options.
It is great for a reminder app. We use it to book appointments with our clients. We use it to communicate information within an event with people in our company. Quick and easy appointments to add. App and website notifications to remind us are accurate and just as programmed. I’m not a fan of how difficult it is to add files through the IOS app.

We use Google Calendar as the shared staff calendar to keep tabs on all the things happening in our church - this calendar is then translated over to a website calendar for the congregation. Each of the staff also uses a personal Google Calendar that the others are subscribed to, so we can view everyone's week at a glance.
  • Scheduling
  • Meetings
  • Time management
  • Shared resources
  • iCal feed can be inconsistent.
  • I prefer desktop interface to the App interface.
  • Month view could be more interactive.
Google Calendar is well-suited for helping a team get 'on the same page' for scheduling and time management. It has been very helpful for our small staff team to see each person's week and to see the broader church calendar with all the events listed. We don't take advantage of the invite/schedule feature often enough, but that has also been a great way to make sure scheduled meetings happen on multiple calendars.

We use Google Calendar to organize our schedules and coordinate amongst our team and external partners. We have team members spread around geographically and across different time zones. Google Calendar helps us to accommodate the scheduling needs of many different people at once while also integrating information about meetings details, links for video conferencing and needs for last-minute changes.
  • Tracks time differences
  • Integrates with Gmail, for those who use it.
  • Integrates with Calendy, for those who use it.
  • Keeps track of additions and changes in scheduling.
  • Does not integrate very well with Microsoft.
  • Limited search feature, sometimes difficult to find appointments by title or name.
  • Limited options for modification of the presentation and layout.
Google Calendar is great for teams working remotely. It is also well suited for people who are managing different types of work or multiple jobs. It is possible to keep a family/personal account simultaneously with a professional account/calendar. The different calendars are color-coded (according to your choice). It may be less appropriate for people in a mostly Microsoft ecosystem.

We use Google Calendar across the whole organisation. It allows us to schedule internal & external meetings at convenient times for those staff members involved & easily make changes to appointments. The description allows us to include important information relevant to each meeting, including zoom links, notes about the clients' expectations of the meeting, agendas, addresses, etc.
  • Syncs with other software
  • App works really well
  • Allows sharing with specific people
  • Unable to edit appointments made though booking software directly in GCal
  • I'd like to have a field for contact number & a way to SMS confirm appointments
  • An option to send reminders to all calendars for appointments
Google Calendar is suitable for any business or individual that needs to remember appointments, hold meetings with other people, etc. There is not a scenario that I could imagine, where it wouldn't be beneficial. Everyone should use Google Calendar to organise their work/life.

I and some users in our organisation are using Google Calendar on my android phone. I like that it is easy to set up. I liked that the calendar showed all the special events the first time I open it. I particularly like the scheduling feature of the application which has great options like adding video conferencing among other things.
  • Easy to use.
  • Better and cleaner look than other calendar apps.
  • Does not have useless features and packs all the needed features in a neat and clean manner.
  • The notification sound option can be added in the app itself instead of going through android settings. And also different sounds for different events, tasks etc. feature can be added.
  • A windows dektop app can be introduced even though it can be integrated with Outlook, windows 10 Calendar app.
Google Calendar is a very reliable calendar application for people for personal use and use in business environment. It has clean look, is easy to use and I found it to be better than Outlook calendar with easier to understand interface and some more features. I also like the option to view the and make changes in the calendar online.

Google Calendar is where all of our company meetings and work schedules are documented. It allows us to easily meet with coworkers either in advance or instantaneously. Without an in office environment for the entire company, it allows us to tackle problems and sync with each other quickly from our home offices.
  • Clear visualization of weekly tasks.
  • Monthly and weekly view side by side.
  • User friendly meet with function that allows us to see other co-workers schedules.
  • Would love to customize meeting colors and themes.
  • Add more than 3 time zones on the side bar.
Great for personal and professional use. You can easily organize your calendars by category and view accordingly. I appreciate that my coworkers and I can jump on any meeting at any time since the meeting links have no time limit. Putting on a meeting is quick, easy, and self explanatory.

I use Google Calendar to stay up to date with all of the employees in our office as well as to show and share meetings with our clients. It solves the issue of knowing when people are and are not planning to be in the office, when we can or can't schedule meetings or site visits and it is a great way to book events.
  • Easy to navigate
  • Straightforward time management and event creation
  • Integrates well with almost all meeting software
  • Great options for reminders, alarms and other helpful features
  • Adding another calendar for conference rooms took a few minutes to understand, but not a big negative
  • Sometimes clients complain of not receiving invites. I am unsure if it is an issue on their end. maybe Google can create a more clear way of indicating an invite from a standard email
  • Widgets, visuals or otherwise may be an interesting option to explore in the future.
Google Calendar is great when you work with a smaller group of people and want to view your direct colleagues calendars. You always have the option of hiding calendars if that persons schedule is not necessary to view for a moment. This organization tool makes scheduling meeting easy and works well when you have a range of clients. This is probably a less useful application if you work in a very large company because there would be too many calendars to add.

Google Calendar is being used across the whole organization. All employees must use it as a source of truth regarding their time availability at work. By doing this, anyone will be able to see each person's schedule. So if someone wants to invite his colleagues to a meeting, he can just go to Google Calendar and check it there. The invited person can accept or decline the invitation directly through their email or calendar.
  • Ability to check colleagues schedule
  • Ability to define the location of the meeting
  • Ability to create a Google Meet room directly
  • Ability to set a reminder for an event
  • Public holiday and time zone across nation/country
  • For organization, we can set out of office announcement so colleague won't be able to invite us into an event/meeting
  • Google Calendar has task management option but the functionality is not shopisticated, if Google really wants to be serious with it, it will be a great all in one tool
Besides all its sophisticated meeting organizers, we know Google has a lot of online tools and for a person like me, using integrated services is a great experience. And most of the online event managers support Google Calendar. So if we want to join an online seminar or even an offline meet-up, we can add it right into our calendar through our Google mail. It makes life easier.
